224g flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, Half a tablespoon of salt, 227g butter (softened), 192 g of sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence.

Prawn crepes

770g of prawns, 2 eggs, 200ml of milk, 75 of flour, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 125 ml of whyskey, 125 ml of liquid cream,provencal herbs, 1 orange, ketchup, mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Flapjacks

225g butter, 85g suggar, 2 tablospoons honey, 1/4 teaspon salt, 340g porridge oats, 115g raisins (optional).
